MSE Media Room
The MSE Media Room allows users to film presentations and record podcast content.
Training
Users are required to complete a training module before the room can be booked for use. Training is completed through an LMS community. To be granted access to the community email Gavin Buskes: g.buskes@unimelb.edu.au.
Room access
Once the training module has been completed users will need to request swipe card access by contacting Gavin Buskes with a screenshot of their successful training completion screen.
Bookings
Once access has been granted, users can book the room by:
- Creating an appointment in their calendar
- Inviting !173-G-G54 Media Room to a meeting
- Using the ‘Schedule Assistance’ feature to check if the time is available.
