Join us for MSE's Mental Health Week morning tea and activities
MSE's Wellbeing team invites you to a morning tea on Monday to launch the week starting 7 October 2019.
While you're there, make sure you leave your mark on our huge mindfulness wall colouring page! If art isn't your style, perhaps now's the time to hit the pavement - join MSE's Running Club for a run or jog around Princes Park (all fitness levels welcome).
