CAPS courses for staff

Did you know Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS) offers free workshops on a range of personal development, mental health and wellbeing issues each semester? Mental Health First Aid and other training programs are also available for both students and staff.

Programs include the 40 minute online LMS module “Supporting Student Mental Health”, the two-day face-to-face Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) programs and a refresher MHFA program for those wanting to update.

The first two-day MHFA program is on next week 17 and 18 February and we have a couple of spots left.
