Enquiries about an ethics application should be referred to the secretary of the relevant Animal Ethics Committee (AEC).
- Complaint or concern?
University staff, students or members of the public who are concerned about the treatment of animals that:
- are part of a University-run research or teaching activity OR
- are free-ranging on a University of Melbourne campus OR
- are part of a University of Melbourne field study
should initially attempt to discuss and resolve the issue with the individual(s) present. If this is unsuccessful, or should you prefer a more formal course of action, please report your concern to animal-ethics@unimelb.edu.au.
