In most cases, your Human Ethics Advisory Group (HEAG) should be your main point of contact for human research ethics applications and submission at the University of Melbourne. HEAGs are embedded within the faculties, and you should contact your HEAG directly for HEAG meeting dates and deadlines. You can also check your faculty websites for research ethics information and HEAG meeting dates.

Researchers with enquiries about an Australian ethics application should contact either their Human Ethics Advisory Group (HEAG), or the secretary of their Human Ethics Sub Committee (HESC)
