Domestic off campus activities

Lodging an application for domestic travel

If you are planning an off-campus activity, please complete the Domestic Off Campus Activities Webform.

Applications must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the planned activity.

You will need to upload the following documents to the Domestic Off Campus Activities Webform:

• Field Work Plan
• Budget Description Form (if applying for funding)

Funding

If funding for the activity is sought, applications should be submitted prior to the Off-Campus Activity Funding Application deadline published in the Key dates for Subject Coordinators. Should you miss this deadline, you can still apply for funding which will be considered if residual funds remain (after the timely application deadline).

Medical questionnaire

Students must advise the University of any medical conditions they have prior to any field trips at least once during each half year via the online medical questionnaire form. Please ensure all students involved are aware it is their responsibility to complete the online medical questionnaire form before they go on the field trip. The online form has a Fieldwork Safety Presentation for students to see and declare that they have seen it.
